Woodland Fruit Pudding is the latest frozen individual dessert from Fairway Foodservice. It has a pastry casing filled with blackberries, cherries, apple and blackcurrants. Also new is Canadian Apple Pudding, with the pastry case soaked in maple syrup and a filling of chunky apple. Both desserts weigh 220g and come packed in cases of 12. They will microwave from frozen in about three minutes.
