Matt Richbell promoted to reception manager at Winchester hotel

Matt Richbell has been promoted to the role of reception manager at the Winchester hotel. He began working at the property part time while completing his degree in media and sports journalism. After graduating, Richbell was offered the opportunity to become a management trainee. He joined the conferencing and events team at Hilton Basingstoke last year but continued to work weekends at the Winchester.
