READY-COOKED omelettes are just one of the new lines in Oasters organic range on stand 1710.

The omelettes, 723, are supplied frozen and can be heated straight from the freezer, in a microwave or conventional oven.

Available in a choice of sizes, the omelettes are plain or with a variety of organic fillings.

Also new is Oasters mayonnaise, 724, made using organic free range eggs, which can be served with salads and sandwiches.

The chilled mayonnaise is packed in 2.5 litre containers.

Over 60 sandwich fillings, 705, are on offer including several new varieties such as Canadian Prawn Mayonnaise and Poached Wild Salmon Mayonnaise.

All are chilled and ready to use in a variety of pack sizes.
