MIROIL IS offering free samples of Frypowder oil stabiliser for caterers to try in their own fryers.

The company claims that Frypowder brings the benefits including better frying quality and reduced oil absorption.

The two-fry session samples are available from MirOil's Frying Hotline which offers free advice to caterers on maintaining frying quality, caring for oil and extending its life.

Each sample is accompanied by a leaflet outlining the "Golden Rules of Frying", and a wealth of advice on frying oil care, plus suggested ways of reducing oil costs and the work involved in cleaning, filtering and boil-outs. MirOil
