Speciality cheese is now packaged in a 20g size. From the Cheese Company's Tuxford & Tebbutt brand, the pick and mix packs offer a choice, comprising: Red Leicester and Walnut; Cheddar with Garlic and Herbs; and Smoke-Flavoured Double Gloucester.

Available through Cuisine Foodservice or cash and carry outlets, the cheese packs cost £8.03 for 50x20g portions.
