Canapés fly into wider market

Canapeum frozen and chilled canapés, previously sold mainly into the airline catering sector, are now being sold into the wider catering market. The range has more than 100 products, from the familiar smoked salmon to speciality canapés such as Torbay crab with mango and Parmesan, medallion of lobster with asparagus tips and spinach roulade, vegetables and mascarpone cheese. French foie gras and Italian truffles feature at the top end of the range.
