This year saw the launch of a brand new packaging redesign across the range, but also significant steps in Tetley moving to 100% Rainforest Alliance sourced tea, with Tetley Drawstring being one of the first products to go this way.
Tetley also excelled with a raft of innovative incentives that saw caterers increasing their tea purchases as they were rewarded with Argos and M&S Vouchers.
The recognition of more than 500 industry peers was a special moment for out of home business controller Jason Mumby.
