Two-Michelin-starred chef-patron Raymond Blanc, who edits this week’s issue of Caterer and Hotelkeeper, walks us through the magnificent grounds and rooms of his beloved Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Great Milton, Oxfordshire.

Talking to journalist Andy Lynes, he talks about the uniqueness of the property, the influence of Great Britain on his 40-year career in this country, his passion for carefully sourced British produce, and the importance of sharing his gastronomy and knowledge with young chefs.
