A tow-layer gateaux temptation

Cearns & Brown has developed six tow-layer gateaux to tempt your customers.

Each gateau consists of two-layers of traditional sponge filled with cream and fruit sauce or jam, decorated with cream rosettes and fresh fruit.

Available in Double Chocolate, Strawberry, Black Forest, Coffee Mandarin and Orange and Lemon. There's also a Chocolate Fudge cake which is filled and coated with chocolate fudge.
