While manufacturers have long argued that glassware should have a dedicated glasswasher and not be put into a general purpose dishwasher with soiled tableware, Winterhalter now claims to have developed an under-counter machine that will wash both glass and crockery.

The GS202 Bistro is aimed at small operations. It has a footprint of 460mm x 640mm and includes most of the features on larger professional machines. Capacity is one 420mm x 400mm rack, and wash cycle lengths start at one minute.
