Quick and easy

A super-fast bun toaster which takes 16 seconds per cycle will feature among several quick-serve developments on the double-decker Welbilt UK stand, one of the largest at the Hotelympia 2000 show. Others include the new Frymaster High Tech Frying Suites; latest flat-bottomed fish fryers that need one third less oil than a traditional fish and chip shop range.

Elsewhere on the Welbilt stand, the ability to suite a mixture of different appliances from Garland, Frymaster, Cleveland and other marques under a single, seamless one-piece "designer" top is to be launched.
