Blushed tomato

Sunblushed Tomatoes from iB Food not only have a bright red colour, but they are also soft and juicy as they are only partly dried, unlike sun-dried tomatoes which are much darker in colour and have been dried for longer, making the texture tougher.

Preserved in extra virgin olive oil, they can be served on their own straight from the tin or used in salads, on bruschetta or in other dishes.

Four vegetarian options are included in iB Food's range of filled pastas, which have a minimum shelf life of nine months. To serve, just add a vegetable or cheese sauce such as iB Food's Pomodorina or Five Cheese Sauce.
