Brighten up wedding and summer buffets with the new range of handmade canapés from The Production Kitchen, under the Capaceum brand.

The product portfolio consists of over 100 different products from smoked salmon to fresh Torbay crab with mango and parmesan.

All ingredients are selected from a handful of suppliers including salmon from Scotland, truffles and oils from Italy, foie gras from France and Picilo peppers from Spain.

The company has the capacity to produce up to 12,000 canapés in one day, by means of its new freezing operation which produces both chilled and frozen canapés.
