Zuma is the latest London eatery to launch an outside catering division.
Due for a July/September start, the catering division will provide corporate events, premiere parties, fashion shows and private dinner parties in London.
Former restaurant general manager and head of the new venture, Russell Norman, said it was an exciting opportunity to extend Zuma’s modern Japanese cuisine beyond its existing Knightsbridge confines.
Zuma’s outside catering division will be based at a former restaurant in the Baker Street/Oxford Street area of the capital, initially with a dozen staff.
Philippe Moullet, previously at the Bluebird Club and Dining Rooms, has succeeded Norman as Zuma’s general manager.
