The Black and White from First Choice Coffee is a fully automatic espresso bean to cup coffee machine. At the touch of a button, the machine produces up to eight different drinks selections - Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Machiatto, Ristretto, White Coffee, Long Black Coffee, Decaffeinated and Hot Water for tea.

Milk units, cup warmers and steamers may be added on as required - even after installation. The CT model is offered with one or two grinders, plus an additional chute for pre-ground coffee, so that three different coffees can be offered on the menu. Milk units can be added on as needed.

The CTS (Coffee, Tea Water and Steam) features manual control of steam which means milk can be steamed manually using a thermostatic steam wand. This cuts out once the optimum temperature has been attained to prevent burning the milk. The Black & White machine range starts with the Barbini at £2,950 plus VAT, which includes 12 months parts warranty, delivery and installation.
