Combi cuts heat costs

Energy-saving combi-steamers were a key focus on the Dawson stand at Hotelympia 2002, with the Lainox Cube concept allying new heat transmission systems for lower energy usage with a new internal wash system claiming reduced water consumption.

Three different control levels are available across the entire series of a combi sizes to match specific end-user needs from mechanical control to programmable control and "Scroller" programme-guided use of the oven. Prices start at £3,420.
