Fresh Egg Spaghetti is just one of the pasta varieties from Larderfresh. Other varieties include Egg Linguine, which can be served with clams, butter and parsley; Spinach Tagliatelle and Basil and Garlic Tagliatelle.
The pastas cost £4.75 per 1kg pack.
Fancy rolling your own? Egg Lasagne Roll is in 15ft x 15in rolls and can be used for making various types of filled and unfilled pasta such as lasagne. A 2.5kg roll costs £12.80.
Larderfresh offers an extensive array of filled fresh pasta such as Ricotta, Spinach & Nutmeg Tortelloni; Spinach and Ricotta Tortellon, Parma Ham & Pepper Tortelloni, Tomato, Goats Cheese and Red Pesto Cappelletti and Leek and Roquefort Manicotti - long, thin ravioli.
Fresh Gnocchi is also available at £4.75 for 1kg. These small potato and semolina dumplings can be served as a starter with spicy tomato, minced beef, parsley and grated parmesan. Gnocchi cooks in just two minutes in boiling, salted water and can be fried, once cooked, in a little oil.
