Programmable control panel

The new Electrolux Fry-Tronic deep fat fryer, available in gas and electric versions, has a programmable control panel able to memorise up to five cooking programmes. It also has a built-in filtering system, automatic basket lifts (two per unit), a mobile service trolley with or oil collection, and melt cycle for solid fats. HACCP monitoring is possible via an external communication gate with any errors recorded by the built-in Smart electronic brain.

Fryers are half module in dimension (400x930x850mm) and have a deep V-shaped well with external heating elements to heat the whole Frying area evenly for improved performance and economy.
