British Meat Foodservice has introduced a free Halal meat special edition of its Catering in the Public Sector booklet.

It features information on the role of red meat in creating and developing a balanced and healthy menu to suit dietary requirements.

The publication has been endorsed by the Islamic Cultural Centre in London and gives details about religious festivals, local authority and Muslim meals, Halal recipes, new product information and the nutritional merits of Halal meat.
