Lefebvre lifts Prix Taittinger

Fabien Lefebvre, chef de cuisine at Le Bristol hotel in Paris, has won the 34th Prix Pierre Taittinger, beating 340 other chefs from eight countries to the title.

Lefebvre was up against nine other chefs in the last round of the competition. They all had to cook a venison dish, accompanied by three garnishes and a sauce, for eight people.
