The Four Points Inn, located in the village of Aldworth, is a Grade ll listed stone building with many original features, including open fireplaces and timber bar servery. The bar area has capacity for 18 covers, with a separate dining area catering for up to 35 covers. Owner’s accommodation comprises as lounge/dining room, with two bedrooms and a small office. New owner, Ian Cowie has previously worked for Whitbread as a Beefeater manager. Agent was Christie and Co on behalf of Brian Ackroyd and Sylvia Phillips.

The purpose-built restaurant and bar is based within the Valley Centertainment Leisure Park. The modern single-storey unit features split-level dining areas with seating provided for about 100 and cocktail bar seating for 20. The premium paid for the 25-year lease from June 1998 was £50,000. Agent was Christie and Co, on behalf of Noble House.
