The Folly Inn in Adstock, Buckinghamshire, has been sold for close to £130,000 for the leasehold. The pub has a 32-seat restaurant, 12 letting bedrooms and three-bedroom owner’s accommodation. This is a first-time pub purchase for Robert and Joanne Gingell, a local couple from Wolverton in nearby Milton Keynes. Christie & Co was the agent.
